CONTRACT
Masters build provides different options to suite your budget.
stage 1- Preliminary contract : it is a contract which sets out, scope of work,time schedule and total cost based on Preliminary specification.
stage 2- Final contract : it is a contract that you sign after going through negotiation,identifying your final budget and choosing final finishes and packages.
PLAN AND PERMIT
Once we organised your dream design, all you need is to sit back and relax . masters build will organise compliance for all building regulations from your council and prepare working drawing and engineering .
